We're assembling a small, high-impact team of AI Engineers to build intelligent agents that tackle some of the company's most pressing internal challenges — from streamlining sales operations to automating repetitive workflows, improving decision-making, and integrating across enterprise systems. You'll work hands-on with technologies like OpenAI, RPA, and modern data platforms to deliver practical solutions that scale.

This role requires both creativity and a broad technical background. You'll be expected to move fluidly between prototyping, productionizing AI agents, querying data warehouses, and integrating with enterprise APIs.

Requirements

• Strong Background in data engineering: ETL/ELT, data pipelines, SQL, APIs, data modeling
• Hands-on experience developing with OpenAI's platform (e.g., GPT-4, Assistants API, function calling, embeddings)
• Experience building agents, workflows, or copilots that interact with external APIs or internal enterprise systems
• Proficiency with Python, including libraries like LangChain, Pandas, and FastAPI
• Strong skills in SQL and working with cloud-based Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or Python-based alternatives)
• Strong understanding of data governance, validation, and observability in production AI systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying AI applications in the cloud (Azure preferred)
• Background in Reinforcement Learning or Agent-based systems
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
• Prior work building client-facing or internal chatbots or copilots
• Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Streamlit
