SAP AI Consultant

An SAP AI Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions within SAP ecosystems. This includes leveraging tools like SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and embedded AI in S/4HANA to enhance business processes through automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making. "AI Solution Design & Implementation:

Develop and deploy machine learning models using SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and SAP BTP AI services .
Integrate AI capabilities into SAP applications such as S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SuccessFactors for use cases like invoice matching, lead scoring, and demand forecasting    .
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define use cases.
Data Preparation & Model Management:

Prepare and manage training datasets using SAP Data Intelligence or SAP Datasphere.
Evaluate model performance and retrain as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Ensure AI models are explainable, auditable, and compliant with regulations like GDPR and the EU AI Act   .
Integration & Automation:

Implement intelligent robotic process automation (iRPA) and conversational AI tools within SAP environments.
Use APIs, OData, and JSON to connect AI services with SAP and third-party systems  .
Governance & Compliance:

Define and enforce AI governance frameworks, including ethical guidelines and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor AI systems for bias, fairness, and compliance with enterprise policies   .
Training & Enablement:

Educate business users and consultants on AI capabilities and responsible usage.
Support prompt engineering and AI-enhanced user interfaces like SAP Joule  ."

Requirements

"Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP environments with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks  .
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP S/4HANA embedded AI." "Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.
Familiarity with SAP AI tools and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
