The VIE position is location in the Field Operations Deptuy Team within the Field Operations Department. The team consists of both local and international employees with regular interactions with offshore teams, onshore departments and other disciplines. You will be exposed to mostly operational safety, organisational and financial aspects of TEPDK Field Operations with potential offshore trips. 
The role is dynamic but the core responsibilities are : 

• Update and maintain data for the Field Operations Organisation; 
• Participate in continuous improvement projects in respect to organisational and operational safety aspects of the affiliate; 
• Prepare cost control tracking the running costs within Field Operations; 
• Support and prepare field operations budget and scope preparation for operational safety work; 
• Support the management of contractors; 
• Analyse trends and statistics to identify areas that require a focus and develop improvement plans and implement offshore; 
• Work with the digital team to develop tools to enhance our ways of working both onshore and offshore; 
• Prepare monthly tracking of HSE KPI's from recordable incidents and audits both externally and internally are closed out within the agreed plan; 
• Preparation of both internal and external audits including facilitation of kick-off meetings with stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications :

• Master's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Operational Safety, Risk Management, Asset Integrity

Technical skills & softskills:

• Engineering profile with a strong technical background
• Be a self-starter with strong analytical skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data 
• Knowledge to assist in risk assessment 
• Knowledge and understanding of budgets and cost control

Computing skills :

• Knowledge in BI tools such as PowerBI 
• Data visualisation 
• Any experience with programming language such as Python or R would be a plus

Languages :

• English: C1
• French: B2
