About the Role

Collecting, analyzing data and processing it into reports and providing recommendations by considering risk analysis to support business decision making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and process data from various database sources to then analyze and interpret the analysis results in the form of reports or presentations that are clear and easy to understand.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, or as requested by NBUW team, management, Group office, Channel, and other departments

• Manage and monitor data quality to ensure that the data used is accurate, complete and align with business needs
• Analyze and create new reports according to the requirements of the NBUW team or other departments

Job Requirement:

• Education minimum Strata 1, Bachelor degree in computer science, information System or any retated field
• minimum 3 years experience as data analytic & Reporting
• having strong analytical and critical thinking
• proficient in ms office (Excel & Power Point), SQL, Data Modelling, Data Analytic and Data Cleansing
• Having experience to support user test case case / UAT Test Case
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages to be used for data set analyzing
• Good knowledge an experiences of data visualization software like Power BI
• High motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
• Knowledge about insurance products
• Good English language skills
