We are looking for a Reporting & Data Specialist, based in Santiago, Chile. This role is instrumental in driving data transformation within the organization by converting complex datasets into actionable insights and data products that enhance operational efficiency and support business decision-making. The role requires a good understanding of data lifecycle, data engineering, with expertise in reporting, business intelligence tools, and programming languages.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will bridge the gap between business and technology, translating technical jargon into business-friendly terms. We are looking for someone who is passionate, results-driven, and operationally credible, with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will inspire and elevate the analytics culture within the organization, delivering impactful results such as increasing the number of automated reports, driving the adoption of innovative technologies, and reducing the time and cost associated with reporting processes.

• You should be comfortable tackling complex business problems and working with large data ecosystems, understanding the entire process from data sourcing to delivering self-service analytics, dashboards, or bespoke applications. You will collaborate with data leads, business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to ship products, and be enthusiastic about exploring adjacent domains and interpreting the business meaning of data.

• Collaborate with vertical stakeholders to address data-related issues and support data infrastructure needs. Build analytics reports to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and key business metrics. Analyze, debug, and resolve data pipeline issues. Identify gaps between service levels and data output and recommend solutions. Implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery. Act as a bridge between BI and the front line to enhance business/technical understanding. Perform other duties as specified by management.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a pro-active and self-driven individual who enjoys keeping a good structure of your own task portfolio. You have an eye for details and a strong sense of urgency. Dealing with ambiguity and strong frustration management. It is important that you are a team player and have an open and trusted approach to our business partners. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and have experience working with both senior management and employees in a large-scale organization.

We expect the candidate to have:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science/Finance or related field with a strong focus on financial reporting and Business Intelligence (BI). • Must have experience on frontend tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.

• You have experience writing DAX, SQL, Power Query. • Analytical mindset. • Strong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office products, and ability to quickly adapt to new software.

• Ability to work independently & remotely with little supervision • Ability to make decisions in the absence of management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills • A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.

Nice To Have

• You have knowledge of Machine Learning

• You have experience on Azure, ADF, Data Bricks, SSIS, SSAS , SSMS

• Prior experience with Transportation and Logistics
