Job Description

Purpose

We are looking for Senior Data Scientist for iChange modules. The objective of iChange is to create a platform that aids users and stakeholders of IT Services in making data-driven decisions. By utilizing various technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and ITIL Process data, iChange aims to develop tools and modules that assist in IT Operations. As a central point and data analytics interface, iChange provides a streamlined solution for connecting various data sources. In addition to supporting Change Management, iChange also offers solutions for other ITIL fields such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.  The aim of iChange is to help IT services and support data-driven decisions and have an efficient platform that supports users and stakeholders of IT Services

Key accountabilities

• Analyzing and evaluating company-wide, complex databases using advanced analytics methods on modern data platforms.
• Data modelling/structuring: specifications for provision and determination of data for logical data models and structures.
• Conducting statistical analyses with usage of machine learning techniques for integrating results from analyses into existing solutions and business processes (determination of trends, patterns, prediction models).
• Creating cost estimations, technological and economic evaluations.
• Data transformation: handling of data enhancement, merging and expansion, filtering and consolidation.
• Together with IT, development of evaluation and control tools for different data sources for provision of required records.

Qualifications

Education

• Information technologies – Master’s degree

Experience

• ICT Analysis, Architecture & Design - 4 years

IT Technical Skills

• Angular
• Linux env (putty, shell/bash) / VirtualEnv (dockering) / GitLab + source control / Jenkins
• Deploying REST-based web services / APIs
• Web servers such as Nginx, Apache, etc
• ElasticSearch, Kibana, noSQL MongoDB, ArangoDB, Anaconda, datascience libs, MariaDB, PostgreSQL,
• Backend - JavaScript, JSON, NodeJS, Flask, Python, Ruby, Anaconda
• Devops
• AWS, Lambda, S3
• Prefect – data management

NLP/ML – BERT, DBScan, Numpy, Jupyter Notebook, Hugging Face, GNN, NSP, NER.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100 € /brutto.
