This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.
The Position
The HR Reporting Data Analyst will support the firm’s HR Operations team by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making. This role is responsible for managing ad hoc and recurring reports, identifying data discrepancies, and supporting key HR initiatives through data-drive insight. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, tracking, analysis and reporting to support business needs
- Ensure data quality by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
- Create and deliver ad hoc and recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Manage all diversity-related reporting and data requests
- Gather, organize, and input data into HR systems and databases with precision
- Promptly identify and resolve discrepancies in employee information
- Format reports and visualizations to enhance readability and clarity
- Assist in automating reports and streamlining processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- Track service level agreements (SLAs) in the Jira HR ticketing system
- Protect and maintain personal information with a high level of confidentiality abiding by Wilson Elser procedures
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and support key HR initiatives
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business, Statistics or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused support or analytical role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Understanding of data structures, reporting principals, and data integrity best practices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Team player with collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies
A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
