As our next Marketing & Community Intern, you'll get:

• A holistic view into marketing operations with the flexibility to play to your strengths
• Freedom to execute individual tasks as well as grow into taking ownership of projects and strategies.
  

Practicalities

• Hybrid mode: This role requires presence in our Kamppi office 3-4 days a week. Don’t worry—you won’t be alone or hangry there.
• Employment type: Full-time and fixed-term (6 months).

• Community building: Gather user questions and feedback, and prepare regular community digests.
• Content repurposing: Translate technical writing into engaging marketing assets (from sales collaterals to high-converting emails and social media posts).
• Content distribution: Prepare and launch marketing campaigns (email, paid, social):
  • Identify and implement improvements
  • Measure and report results
• Guerrilla marketing: Extend our reach into AI-builder communities (e.g., on Discord and Reddit) and establish win-win partnerships.
• Support daily operations across initiatives in marketing (e.g., event management).

Must-haves

• Experience in similar roles in digital marketing, community management, or customer success (internships, volunteering, or passion projects – everything counts!).
• Being at ease in social interactions and passionate about building engagement through meaningful interactions.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience or qualifications in marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Google Marketing Platform.
• Interest in software development or AI engineering and diving deeper (Hobby projects and/or active presence in the AI ecosystem are a huge plus).
