In just 10 months, we've scaled from $500/month to $350,000/month in revenue, on track for $4M+ this year and projected to exceed $10M next year. Our platform helps content creators, founders, and marketers create viral content while saving hundreds of hours per month. We're a team of passionate builders working to reach a $1B valuation, and we need an exceptional Full Stack Developer to help us scale and innovate.

Role Overview: 

You will take full ownership of our sales strategy and execution, driving multimillion-dollar results by leading from the front. You'll bring your expertise in high-value B2B sales, especially within technology or SaaS sectors, and build relationships with decision-makers in fast-growing companies seeking next-generation AI solutions. Responsibilities:  

  • Direct the entire sales process for AI and machine learning solutions, from prospecting through contract closure and account growth.
  • Personally close $500k+ high-ticket deals and oversee $1M+ in revenue collections annually.
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team with a collaborative, data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure outstanding client experiences.
  • Identify new markets, strategic partners, and business opportunities within the AI/tech sector.
  • Continually refine and optimise the sales pipeline using analytics and your own insights from the field.
  • Represent us at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings as a company ambassador.
Key Skills & Qualifications 
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value ($500k+) sales and exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology/AI/ML markets.
  • Track record of managing or overseeing $1M+ in annual sales pipeline or cash collection.
  • Previous experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of software sales cycles and strong technical literacy in AI, ML, or SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at the C-level.
  • Analytical, energetic, adaptable, and goal-oriented approach with a passion for AI innovation.
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture.
Salary & Benefits
