What you will do:

The People Insights Partner serves as a strategic partner to senior HR and business leaders, delivering data-driven insights that inform critical people decisions. This role combines deep HR domain expertise with advanced analytical capabilities to identify, measure, and address complex workforce challenges. As a dedicated Partner to specific business areas, you will proactively anticipate business needs, develop innovative analytical approaches, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You will build strong relationships with senior leaders, participate in strategic discussions, and establish a forward-looking analytics agenda that positions HR as a data-driven function with "a seat at the table."

How you will do it:

Strategic Partnership & Business Integration

  • Serve as a dedicated analytics partner to assigned business leaders (VP level) Develop deep understanding of business context, challenges, and strategic objectives

  • Proactively identify opportunities where people analytics can drive business impact

  • Participate in leadership discussions, providing real-time analytical insights

  • Challenge assumptions and conventional thinking with data-driven perspectives

  • Formulate hypotheses and recommend analytical approaches to business challenges

  • Create a forward-looking analytics agenda aligned with business priorities

  • Educate leaders on relevant workforce metrics and analytical approaches

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Independently conduct complex ad-hoc analyses using HR and business data sources

  • Build real-time visualizations and data manipulations during meetings to answer emerging questions

  • Apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses and identify meaningful patterns

  • Combine multiple data sources to create comprehensive views of workforce issues

  • Leverage self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for on-the-fly analysis

  • Translate technical findings into business-friendly narratives and recommendations

  • Design analytics approaches for recurring business questions

  • Collaborate with technical team members to define requirements for dashboards and reports

Knowledge Development & Innovation

  • Stay current on leading practices in people analytics and HR metrics

  • Research industry benchmarks and best practices relevant to assigned business units

  • Develop innovative approaches to measuring workforce challenges

  • Share methodologies and approaches with other Partners

  • Contribute to the organization's analytics knowledge base

  • Document successful analytical approaches for future application

  • Recommend improvements to data collection and integration

  • Participate in analytics community activities and professional development

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or related field

  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Strong statistical analysis skills with ability to apply appropriate methods to HR data

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into business insights

  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders

  • Excellent consulting skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships

  • Strong project management capabilities with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in combining and analyzing data from multiple sources

Preferred

  • Master's degree or PhD. in Analytics, I/O Psychology, MBA, or related field

  • Experience working directly with business leaders on strategic workforce initiatives

  • Deep knowledge of HR functions, processes, and key performance indicators

  • Experience with statistical programming languages (R, Python)

  • Background in consulting or business partner roles

  • Understanding of organizational behavior and talent management principles

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems

NOTE: This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the United States. Eastern and Central time zone preferred.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97,000 - 130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
