About the PositionAs a Senior Solutions Engineer at CentML, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and transforming customer needs into practical, effective solutions leveraging our products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our co-founders, as well as our sales, product, and engineering teams, to develop and present value-driven evaluation scenarios. These will encompass demonstrations, interactive labs, and proof of value (POV) exercises tailored to facilitate and secure business deals. Your expertise will bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technological capabilities, ensuring a seamless alignment that drives sales success.

What you’ll do

• Engaging directly with customers to grasp their technical requirements at an architectural level and devising strategic solutions.
• Providing insights and guidance on sales strategies and product development to our revenue leaders and executive team.
• Implementing software solutions tailored to customer needs in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
• Acting as a trusted AI advisor, you will support customers throughout the AI lifecycle—from strategy formulation and model building to deployment and management.
• Developing and systematizing pre-sales processes, including the creation and maintenance of demo and proof of concept (POC) assets.

What you’ll need to be successful

• A minimum of 5 years in customer-facing technical roles, preferably involving direct interaction with data science and machine learning technologies.
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning or AI models.
• Effective collaboration with business stakeholders to align machine learning solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical practitioners and executive leaders.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in software engineering.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience running workloads on GPU 
• Experience working with LLM’s
