We are currently seeking a strategic and technically strong Lead Data Scientist & AI Developer to lead the development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions across the enterprise.
This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making and business automation across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams.
You will leverage both Snowflake and Microsoft Azure AI platforms while integrating data from core enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Quality Management Systems, and Workday Adaptive Planning. Strong foundations in data engineering, Python, SQL, and Power BI are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions
Build data pipelines and modeling workflows using Snowflake (SQL, Snowpark, Cortex AI) and Azure AI (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Synapse)
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define high-impact AI opportunities across business functions
Integrate and model data from systems including Oracle Fusion Cloud (finance, procurement, supply chain), Salesforce (CRM and field engagement), Manufacturing Execution Systems, Quality Management Systems, and Workday Adaptive Planning
Apply strong SQL and Python skills to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets
Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and publish interactive dashboards and insights using Power BI
Contribute to AI governance, documentation, version control, and performance monitoring
Ensure all solutions align with internal policies for data quality, security, and compliance
Mentor junior team members and help define best practices for enterprise AI delivery
Requirements:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in applied machine learning and AI in enterprise settings
Strong working knowledge of:
Python for data science and ML development
SQL for data manipulation and analytics
Power BI for reporting and visualization
Snowflake: SQL, Snowpark, Cortex AI
Microsoft Azure AI: Azure ML, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Synapse
Understanding of data integration across enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, -Salesforce, and manufacturing systems
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams
Preferred:
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, GitHub Actions)
Background in life sciences, medtech, or healthcare environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $147,000 to $189,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
