Job Responsibilities:

As Trainee Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Purchasing at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Data Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic team.

• This role is perfect for someone passionate about data analysis and eager to contribute to our procurement and supply chain operations.

• As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and work closely with various departments to support our supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various procurement systems to generate and analyze reports

• Assist in preparing and analyzing data for RFQs, support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights.

• Execute purchasing process in SAP with internal team and external suppliers engagement.

• Work collaboratively with international procurement team and cross functions.

• Helping to deliver insights using power platform solutions by working on complex data and automating procurement processes.

• Follow and train our different locations on purchasing processes and audits.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency or first handling experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI and SAP.

• Knowledge of AI is beneficial.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Effective communication skills in English and intermediate German
