We are seeking a Senior Sales Data Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize sales performance, and maximize revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a Sales or Commercial function.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics (HubSpot is a plus).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to sales performance, customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and revenue trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to enhance targeting and personalization.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and territory performance.
• Monitor CRM data quality and integrity (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Forecast future sales trends based on historical data and predictive models.
• Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
