About the position
As Head of Data & Measurement, you will lead a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers responsible for the development and growth of Samsung Ads' data proposition across the region. The postion owns the product strategy of Samsung’s unique data assets—including ACR and mobile data, translating them into scalable advertising and measurement solutions across EMEA.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong product vision, commercial competence, and cross-functional influence. You will shape our roadmap in collaboration with sales, engineering, analytics, legal, and global product teams to ensure regional differentiation and impact
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Define and implement the data product vision and strategy for Samsung Ads EMEA, aligning it with global priorities while tailoring to local market needs.
Critical Thinking: define the product strategy for data propositions with a solid grasp of value capture and value creation frameworks and how to apply them.
Driving business value: Define business problems to solve and how to measure success, understand and be accountable for the Value and Viability of your products.
Productisation: Oversee the development and execution of data-led propositions, particularly around:
Samsung ACR Data – powering planning, targeting, measurement, and insights.
Samsung Mobile Data – unlocking cross-device activation and behavioural insights.
First-party and third-party integrations, including advertiser data onboarding and audience enrichment.
Team Management: Lead, develop and manage a team of three Senior Product Managers across ACR, mobile, and measurement verticals. Assuring the quality of the work produced by the team across products and artefacts i.e. presentations, Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirement Documents etc.
Commercial Enablement: Partner with Product Marketing to help define compelling value propositions and client-facing collateral.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global engineering and product peers to ensure EMEA requirements are gathered, prioritised and delivered.
Privacy and Compliance: Ensure all data products align with GDPR and internal Samsung privacy standards, engaging legal and infosec teams proactively.
Measurement & Attribution: Support the creation of scalable insight, performance, and incrementality solutions in partnership with the Analytics team
Your key people management responsibilities
Provide clarity on strategy, team purpose & value and define the key areas of focus and direction.
Support the development of your team through regular mentoring, coaching and feedback, 1:1s and on the job learning opportunities.
Role model inclusion for your team to build trust and psychological safety.
Ensure communication with your team is a core focus area including cascade of information from LT’s and relevant business updates.
Manage the on boarding, off boarding process and the entirety of the colleague lifecycle process for all team members.
Manage all annual people management cycles such as goal setting, evaluation and salary reviews to a high quality and in a timely manner.
To be accountable for ensuring your team are compliant with company processes and procedures; such as compliance, meeting mandatory business cyclical deadlines, and understanding the company values.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience in product management, or a related data field, preferably within advertising measurement, analytics, or martech.
Proven leadership experience in data product management, ideally in advertising, ad tech, or digital media.
Deep knowledge of data privacy regulations and a strong grasp of mobile and CTV datasets.
Demonstrated success in productising complex datasets into commercial solutions.
Experience leading senior talent and driving high-impact product roadmaps.
Strong communication, collaborator management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work strategically while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem and ad measurement technologies.
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira and other product software platforms.
