SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
The IGA Data Analyst maintains identity data quality standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of identity data serving the Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) functions. This is achieved through a combination of identity data analysis; monitoring and reporting; creating and maintaining consistent documentation; and executing identity data improvements and changes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implements Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) through engagement with the Lines-of-Business and maintains RBAC via regular maintenance as well as periodic governance, such as role or birthright reviews
- Analyze application identity data for data integrity or quality issues and execute work efforts to implement identified improvements
- Document and maintain reference material for application-specific identity data, such as application ownership, data mapping and role-based access
- Perform periodic reporting and monitoring activities and analyze their output for oversight and to ensure process consistency
- Manage and implement data changes to the IGA application, such as for new, changed or retiring applications
- Develop and maintain identity data management and governance documentation such as policies, standards and procedures
- Participates in access certification campaigns and ensures data accuracy, consistency and integrity remains consistent throughout the process

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technology-related field, or a combined equivalent of education and/or experience
- Experience:
- 4+ Years of direct experience provisioning systems and/or application access preferred
- 2 years or more of identity process and data analysis experience
- Prior experience in the financial services industry or another similarly regulated environment (SOX, HIPAA, etc)
- Experience creating and maintaining technical data and documentation.
- Experience working remote while staying engaged with various teams.
- Certifications/Specific Knowledge:
- Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) certification is preferred but not required
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation, continuing education for active certifications
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers.
Must be accustomed to professional, business office environment in manner and dress. Must demonstrate excellent human relations skills with customers and bank associates. Must be willing to participate as a team member.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.
TRAVEL
Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
