Position Purpose
The Sales Enablement Data & Automation Specialist is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, automation of manual workflows, and management of sales performance data. This role supports sales operations by delivering accurate, timely reporting and automating processes that improve sales effectiveness and customer responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Dashboard Development & Migration
* Lead the migration of existing Spotfire dashboards to Power BI, revisiting and refining requirements with Sales Operations Managers and National Sales Managers.
* Develop and maintain scalable dashboards that provide actionable insights across all business units.
Sales Incentive Program (SIP) Data Management
* Design and maintain templates for territory target allocation based on historical sales and budget inputs.
* Upload and integrate target data into dashboards, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate performance tracking.
* Collaborate with Finance to align targets with overall budget and apply algorithms for target adjustments.
Automation & Process Improvement
* Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks within sales operations, pricing, rebates, and order processing workflows.
* Work closely with Customer Effectiveness and Sales Enablement teams to implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Data Integration & Quality Assurance
* Extract, transform, and load data from SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amazon Redshift, and other systems into reporting platforms.
* Ensure data accuracy, security, and documentation standards are maintained.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner with Sales Operations Managers, Sales Enablement Business Partners, Customer Care Managers, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor within the Customer Effectiveness team.
* Work with IT and Regional FFE Teams for alignment on dashboards and data requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor degree in Economics /Computer Science/ Engineer
• Technical skills: SQL//Power BI/Cloud Solutions/ Data Bricks/ Python
• At least 5 year experience in Business analytics and Data Engineer projects
• Ability to work with huge data arrays and significant all-around accuracy in work
Essential:
* Proven hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and SQL querying.
* Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Amazon Redshift data environments.
* Experience automating business processes using Power Automate or similar tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex data integration and reporting projects.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
* Experience in sales operations or commercial data environments.
* Familiarity with sales incentive programs and territory target setting processes.
