  • Drive our Generative AI roadmap from ideation to launch, focusing on real customer needs, measurable success, and ethical innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with research teams to transform brand new generative and ML models into intuitive, delightful product experiences.
  • Craft the vision for Creative Agents, defining how intelligent assistance can make Photoshop more powerful and accessible.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, and other PMs to ship polished, high-impact features at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with 2–3 years dedicated to AI/ML products or platforms.
  • A strong grasp of AI fundamentals, including generative models, LLMs, computer vision, and model evaluation.
  • Constant curiosity and obsession with the latest AI developments, staying current on research, emerging tools, and market trends to unlock new value for customers.
  • Proven ability to turn research and prototypes into shipped features, balancing innovation, usability, performance, and ethical considerations.
  • Customer-focused approach, skilled in delving into user problems, validating ideas, and delivering experiences that truly matter.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to build trust and alignment across diverse collaborators.
  • Experience in creative tools, imaging, or design software is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices is a plus.

We’re developing tools that improve human creativity, honor authenticity, and provide artists and designers with control, transparency, and trust in every step of the process. This role places you at the forefront of that transformation, with the opportunity to craft the next generation of intelligent, generative, and assistive creative tools. Join a team that’s trusted, empowered, and moving fast—collaborating across research, engineering, and product to envision what comes next!
