Stellenbeschreibung

As (Senior) AI integration Specialist you serve as a central interface between strategic leadership, technical development, and practical implementation of AI initiatives across the ATP Group. You will work closely with our Head of Digital Technologies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance ATP’s design, planning, and operational workflows. Additionally, you will support shaping and operationalizing ATP Group’s AI strategy in alignment with the board’s digital vision. This newly created role is embedded in the Corporate Holding Organisation and ideal for a forward-thinking professional with a strong technical foundation in AI/ML, a strategic mindset, and a passion for innovation in the architecture and construction industry. Key responsibilities include the following:

Strategic Development

• Co-develop and continuously refine the ATP Group’s AI strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Technologies and in alignment with the board’s digital vision.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable AI initiatives and roadmaps.
• Identify trends and evaluate external partnerships, vendors, and tools relevant to ATP’s AI ecosystem.

Technical Implementation & Integration

• Drive the hands-on implementation of AI solutions across ATP’s digital ecosystem
• Collaborate with IT and digital product owners to ensure GDPR compliance, data security, and interoperability of AI components within ATP workflows..

Project Management & Cross-Team coordination

• Evaluate submitted ideas for feasibility, innovation potential, and alignment with ATP’s strategic objectives.
• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of AI projects, from proof-of-concept to scalable deployment.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to data protection, ethical AI use, and internal governance standards.
• Build structured documentation and workflows that ensure maintainability and reproducibility of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to define technical integration requirements and dependencies within ATP’s digital infrastructure.
• Track milestones, report progress, risks, and ROI through quarterly dashboards. .

AI Solution Integration & Evaluation

• Identify and evaluate AI solutions,  With high-impact automation potential across design, planning, and operational workflows.
• Conduct technical and economic assessments of potential providers and solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Some years of experience in AI engineering, computer science, or comparable experience in AI technologies.
• Track record or at least initial experience in managing or coordinating AI/ML projects
• Strong applied knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including model development, data processing, and algorithmic design.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g. Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch); familiarity with object-oriented programming is a plus.
• Experience with AI-driven 3D generation (e.g. generative design, geometry synthesis, or diffusion-based models for spatial or visual outputs) is a plus.
• Ideally, experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry, with insight into planning workflows , BIM and digital transformation challenges.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High level of initiative, self-organization, and solution orientation.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
