We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Full Stack Python Developer to join the Marlabs team leading an innovation lab in Pune, India. This is a hybrid role, with some onsite work required.

Full Stack Python Developer | About You

As a Full Stack Python Developer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications that bring AI-driven ideas to life within Marlabs’ AI Innovation Lab. You play a key role in transforming experimental concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions by building everything from APIs to intuitive front-end interfaces. You’re equally comfortable designing backend architecture, integrating with AI models, and crafting clean, user-friendly experiences. With a passion for rapid prototyping and cross-functional collaboration, you work closely with AI engineers, consultants, and product leaders to accelerate innovation and deliver high-impact solutions.

Full Stack Python Developer | Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with a team of AI Consultants to develop and iterate rapid prototypes and client-facing POCs.
• Design, build, and deploy full stack applications using Python, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud-native tools.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs to support seamless integration with AI/ML models and data pipelines.
• Contribute to the architecture and scalability of web applications, emphasizing performance, reusability, and clean code practices.
• Participate in agile development cycles with rapid experimentation, iterative feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support DevOps practices including containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Full Stack Python Developer | Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience, with a strong focus on Python back-end frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proficient in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with AI/ML models or services (bonus for Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization tools (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), along with CI/CD and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on innovation and iteration.
