Role overview
As the Sr Product Ops Analyst– Marketing Capabilities, you will be responsible for creating, driving and drawing data backed insights using metrics and hypothesis based product analysis driving enhancements and by identifying areas of improvement in products. You will be responsible for exploratory data analysis, metrics/ data monitoring and tracking products and collaborating with Product Owners to identify and fix product issues. This role will be a key component in the execution of Marketing Capabilities goals and objectives in the evolving landscape of Marekting in eCommerce.
As a Sr Product Ops Analyst, you will build and monitor critical metrics for product, perform data analysis to identify new opportunities, collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams on setting up automations and new process/jobs, activate new models, own and maintain datasets and dashboards for the product. You will build and monitor the required systems that will be used by both Product team and stakeholders to keep track of key product and business metrics. You will also need to analyze key trends to identify potential product issues and improvement to the product. It is critical that you are comfortable with a test and learn mindset to achieve this.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.

About you
Four-year degree with 4-8 years’ experience in math, statistics, business, operations research
Ability to create/change/execute SQL queries from analytic datasets and analyse results
Experience and passion for using data to explain or solve complex business problems and influence invention of new systematic and operational processes
Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely
Experience utilising problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to adjust priorities to the ever-changing needs of the business
The following experiences/skills will be a plus
R and Python
Experience in retail/ e-commerce
Proven experience achieving results by leading, partnering, and influencing others
