A day in the life:
- As a Senior Strategist, Data Operations you will be responsible for leading and executing client technical analytics projects associated with implementing their martech ecosystem, including digital analytics, marketing pixels, and other third-party vendor data. A core technical foundation of all key tag managers, web analytics tools, and media marketing vendors is critical to this role. You will be the technical lead in providing innovative solutions so that clients can best optimize marketing spend and drive new revenue and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring technical projects related to the clients marketing analytics ecosystem
- Architecting and executing complex analytics project plans in collaboration with other Power Digital team leads covering data collection strategy, implementation, and QA.
- Performing best practice testing and QA of the analytics solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Support the team and client base to help identify opportunities for client expansion through the data collection and insights provided from our solutions
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of Tag Management experience with some/all of the following tools: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Segment
- 3+ years of web analytics experience implementing and administrating site analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Mixpanel
- Robust knowledge of data privacy and governance best practices and server-side implementation methods related to ad-tracking. Preference will be given tool experience within Shopify, Elevar, GTM server side, Blotout.
- 3+ Years experience with front-end development (html, css, and javascript)
- 2+ years experience working with database structures, data pipelines and queries. Preference will be given to experience within Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 75% monthly client hourly billing
- 15% monthly capacity towards helping cross/upselling new analytics project work Ā
- 10% monthly capacity towards helping PDM with client troubleshootingĀ
Most Important Things (MITs)
- Strong technical experience with Javascript, HTML, SQL, or similar language will be critical in being able to technically deliver the analytics
- Bring a positive hard working attitude each day and have a hunger to learn
- Be able to explain complex technical solutions simply to marketers and business leaders
