Position: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Belgrade, Hybrid

Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a Senior Data Scientist who is passionate about data and problem-solving. Key Expectations

• Formulate and manage data-driven projects to advance the business’s interests
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions based on data insights
• Guide and support less experienced team members
• Assess the effectiveness of predictive models
• Explore new techniques and contribute to data science advancements
• Take charge of end-to-end data science initiatives
• Communicate impactful insights to senior management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years of experience or advanced degree with commensurate level of work experience
• Mastery of several programming languages and deep understanding of machine learning principles
• Extensive experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms
• Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning solutions
• Deep understanding of neural networks and deep learning techniques
• Experience with reinforcement learning and evolutionary algorithms
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling
• Experience with GPU programming for machine learning

Work Conditions

Must work in office 3 days per week
