In this Mid-Senior Data Analyst role, you will be supporting the company’s Logistics team performance by providing operational and financial insights. You will drive analysis on main KPIs through the use of analytics and BI tools and drive automation of reporting activities within Logistics and support with data sources for upcoming projects.

What will you be doing:  

• Provide data-driven insights to improve logistics performance across Zone Europe, with a focus on cost, efficiency, and service levels.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and operational risks across transport, warehousing, and network flows.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and transparency across the logistics network.
• Support key logistics initiatives and system developments by delivering analytical input and ensuring alignment across local markets and BSC Prague.
• Analyze logistics performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across transport, warehousing, and network flows.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Logistics, Planning, Finance, and BSC Prague) to deliver data solutions that align with business needs.
• Support the development and rollout of analytics tools, ensuring consistency and scalability across countries.
• Contribute to logistics projects by providing analytical input, scenario modeling, and post-implementation performance reviews.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems, supporting the integration of new data sources and business applications.

What you will bring:  

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in BI/data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency (1 – 2 years)  in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• 1 year minimum in Python/Java or other automation-scripting languages for data analytics and project automation
• Advance MS Office – Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Understanding of how ETL and DWH processes work – Good to have experience in AzureOps or AWS
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI (minimum 1 year) – for data modeling, advanced visualization, data transformation, integration with data sources.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
