You’ll be part of our Global Information & Data Management team, applying your project management expertise, tools, and methodologies to drive critical data initiatives that support our international business.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution.
• Team & Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage third-party vendors or contractors.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize project impact.
• Budget & Performance Monitoring: Track project budgets, ensure cost-efficiency, and monitor performance against KPIs and milestones.

• Project Management Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Skilled in creating project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Tools & Software: Proficient in tools like MS Project, Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.

• Reporting & Documentation: Strong skills in status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
