As our Analytics Senior Data Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers our Trade Relations and Analytics teams. You’ll leverage your expertise in ETL, data modeling, and database management to design, develop, and maintain data marts and pipelines that fuel enterprise-wide insights. From refining database performance to driving new integration initiatives, your work will help unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and optimization of data marts and data models to support Trade Relations and Analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and database solutions that enable efficient, reliable data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Proactively monitor and improve database performance, ensuring systems are optimized for speed and efficiency.
• Drive integration efforts, leading the way on new data initiatives.
• Mentor and support teammates, sharing your knowledge of tools, best practices, and emerging trends.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data management, database design, and ETL processes.
• Expertise in PL/SQL, stored procedures, schemas, views, and database optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (SnapLogic, Informatica, ADF, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data and maintaining data integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and continuous learning.
• Bonus: Experience in pharmaceutical rebate management, PBM, or healthcare analytics.
