This is you

• 5+ years of experience in GenAI/AI/ML development and deployment. Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI solutions
• Solid understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and AI-driven automation. Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform)
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment

This is your role

• Development of AI Lab as a 4-person team: Ideate new AI initiatives, providing rapid qualification & feasibility assessment
• Provide initial high-level design concept for approved initiatives
  
• Implement POCs for approved AI initiatives
• Ensure coordination and visibility across all initiatives
• Track milestones, interdependencies, risks, and outcomes
• Support alignment between client's departments business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Ensure consistency in ways of working, documentation, and communication
