About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Customs Masterdata Management person to join our Customs & Operative Support team.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your experience in customs operations and classification, you will manage the customs classification database and contribute to the accuracy and consistency of related procedures. You will support local and international teams by sharing customs-related practices and helping align them with existing standards.
You will act as the representative for the EUDR project within your team, ensuring coordination and communication across departments. Your role involves working collaboratively with a multinational logistics team and using an operative approach to identify and resolve customs-related issues efficiently.
You will also contribute to the improvement of customs processes by identifying tools that enhance operational visibility and accuracy. Through your understanding of global customs procedures, you will propose the adoption of practices observed in different regions and support their integration into daily operations.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, you will be able to understand the key processes involved in the role. Your experience of 2 to 4 years in customer service support or logistics will allow you to navigate daily tasks with a focus on coordination and process accuracy.
You will use your advanced level of English to communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking, in an international environment. Your ability to understand and produce professional documentation will support collaboration across teams and with external partners.
Your role will involve regular use of IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP will support data handling and task tracking. As an organized and detail-oriented person with strong communication skills, you will contribute to maintaining structured workflows and consistent follow-up on key activities.
