About the role:

The Product Data Manager plays a critical role in driving the technical lifecycle processes and daily business in line with the CI&TS roadmap and strategy. This position ensures that the entire recipe and procedure documentation is up to date and that ways of working are properly communicated. The Product Data Manager serves as the facilitator and mediator between Master Data and other CI&TS functions, providing vital support and collaboration. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing guidance and support to other CI&TS functions in various projects. Collaboration with Product Experts and Customer R&D is essential, as the Product Data Manager is responsible for editing and administering the entire recipe and procedure documentation. Moreover, this position provides data and process support to Product Experts regarding specific ways of working and ensures colleagues are informed about any changes. The Product Data Manager also plays a crucial role in simplifying and conveying complex information effectively. Furthermore, this role supports change and project management on more complex matters and serves as the expert in Salesforce and SAP, supporting the integration of new businesses into these systems.

 

This role covers the technical lifecycle processes and daily business across multiple locations within the region. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including Product Experts and Customer R&D, is essential to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive technical lifecycle processes and daily business in accordance with the CI&TS roadmap and strategy.
  • Ensure that recipe and procedure documentation is kept up to date and effectively communicate ways of working.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and serve as the mediator between Master Data and other CI&TS functions.
  • Providing guidance and support to other CI&TS functions in projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Experts and Customer R&D to edit and administer recipe and procedure documentation.
  • Provide data and process support to Product Experts regarding specific ways of working.
  • Inform colleagues about changes and ensure the simple and concise communication of complex matters.
  • Support change and project management on more complex matters.
  • Serve as the expert in Salesforce and SAP, supporting the integration of new businesses into these systems.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Food Science, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical lifecycle management role or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recipe and procedure documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP systems.
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with the food industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to simplify and convey complex information effectively.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
  • English proficiency is a must.
