Your Impact
As the principal product manager for Discovery, you will redefine how the public safety personnel find and access the information to operate a law enforcement agency. Your mandate is to deliver a unified, intuitive and intelligent search layer for Axon Records and Standards, and connected thirdâparty data sources so officers, investigators and command staff can locate the right information in seconds, not minutes, increasing both officer safety and community trust.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Discovery experience: from the user interface that guides an officer to the right result to the underlying index, ranking and dataâintegration pipelines that make those queries lightningâfast and reliable. The scope includes direct stewardship of search UX and infrastructure, plus dottedâline oversight of related domains like maps & location services, entity resolution and external search connectors. You will measure success by improvements in search accuracy, timeâtoâinsight, and adoption.
