Decarbonization Analyst

As a Decarbonization Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with some of the world’s most influential fashion brands to reduce their environmental impact. You’ll guide customers using data-driven insights and become a key partner in their sustainability journey.

Reporting to Head of Customer Operations Angie Wu (ex-Airbnb), you’ll play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting our customer base, and shaping what decarbonization at scale looks like for the fashion industry.

What you will do

  • Own the customer journey as a trusted partner: Be the main point of contact from onboarding to long-term success. Understand customer goals, coordinate internal teams, and ensure a seamless, value-driven customer experience. Build strong, lasting relationships by creating trust and consistently delivering results.
  • Comfortably leverage data to drive impact: Analyze customer datasets, perform QA and surface actionable insights to guide decarbonization efforts. Track KPIs and use data to improve both customer outcomes and internal processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver success: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product and other teams to solve customer challenges and build scalable solutions.
  • Continuously improve: Identify ways to enhance processes, customer experience, and engagement. Your customer insights will contribute to our product roadmap and help evolve our services.
  • Leads projects with structure: Manage customer requests, priorities and timelines with rigor and clarity. Keep work organized, stakeholders aligned, and delivery on track.

Who you are

  • Experienced in B2B, customer-facing roles with multiple stakeholders
  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g. SQL, Python) and a data-driven mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Capable of grasping new concepts quickly, and passionate about teaching others
  • High proficiency in English
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate
  • Big plus: experience or knowledge in decarbonization, sustainability or climate topics
