Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in administration and deployment of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Power Automate (Flow & Desktop)
    • Power Virtual Agents
    • Power Apps
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure AutomationLogic Apps, and Managed Identities.
  • Good understanding of Power Automate licensing and best practices for automating business workflows.
  • Development/scripting experience using:
    • PowerShell (primary)
    • Bash
    • Microsoft Graph API
    • Python
    • RESTful and other 3rd-party APIs
  • Experience with identity federation and access control using SAMLOAuthOpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Intermediate written and spoken English is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange OnlineSharePoint OnlineTeamsIntune, and OneDrive.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform automation and low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents).
  • Create and manage Azure Automation RunbooksLogic Apps, and custom scripts to support business and operational needs.
  • Implement automation for identity lifecycle managementuser onboarding/offboarding, and compliance workflows.
  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot API integrations with external systems and internal services.
  • Ensure documentation of all automations, scripts, and configuration changes.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
Nice to Have:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-900 or higher).
  • Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SC-series, AZ-series) or equivalent knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview: Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines involving automation and infrastructure as code.
