MAS Matrix is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs

We are actively seeking an individual to join our dynamic team of changemakers as a Senior Executive Operation Analyst. This role would enable you to ensure to interpret data, analyze results, use statistical techniques, and provide reports to management for informed decision-making, either directly or assisting the Senior Executive Data Analytics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret data, analyze results, use statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to the management as and when the need arises to make informed decisions. Depending on the complexity of the assignment incumbent may either handle this directly or assist the Senior Executive Data Analytics 
• Data visualization with latest available tools and technologies. Data visualization would include but not limited to visualization of results of analytics, developing and maintenance of dash boards to support the continuous audit and continuous monitoring strategy of the unit and the monthly KPIs of the function
• Assist the senior team members to develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Learn and share the latest knowledge on data visualization tools, technology with the overall fraternity to enhance the value provided by the team 
• Assist to create a robust date collation & analytical framework and ensure continuous audit & monitoring process is in place to support financial governance. Incumbent may also be required to understand the data & information needs and come up with a data collection and analytical framework for less complicated processes.
• Understand the business and come up with innovative new data driven solutions to help the business minimize risk & seize improvement opportunities

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in BSc. Statistics or Data Science 
• 4 years’ experience in relevant field
• Knowledge of My SQL, Python and AI
• Knowledge of data analytics
