Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate would be adept at understanding customer's business challenges and define appropriate analytics approach to design solutionThe ideal candidate should possess good communication and project management skills and can communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, both technical and businessAbility to accurately comprehend business requirements and being able to translate technical results into easily understood business outcomes The person should also be able to efficiently work with an offshore team to produce outcomes in a timely manner.The person should have a good experience in handling generative AI model.The person should be competent in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn etc.), possess high levels of analytical skills and have experience in the creation and/or evaluation of predictive modelsIdeal candidate should have hands on experience using Machine Learning TechniquesGood knowledge of model development experience using PythonHe / She would be responsible for creating Presentations, reports etc to present theanalysis findings to the end clients/stakeholdersShould possess the ability to confidently socialize business recommendations and enable customer organization to implement such recommendations.Ideal candidate should be able to drive customer engagement and always exhibit thought leadership and provide value addHands on experience in developing models (end to end)Experience with Natural Language ProcessingPython for Data Science (mandatory), Good proficiency in end to end coding which includes deployment experience.Experience processing large data.Knowledge of any of the visualization tools like Tableau, R Shiny etc. is a plusFunctional/Domain Experience:Good exposure to BFSI domain ( Insurance is preferred)

Qualifications

BTech/Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Econometrics from Tier 1-2 institutions Or BE/B-Tech, MCA or MBA
