A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Solution Services, this role supports the development and implementation of AI capabilities across enterprise platforms. This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

  • Developing and maintaining AI standards and best practices

  • Designing and deploying AI models to support business and environmental solutions

  • Teaching and mentoring team members in AI methodologies and tools

  • Supporting Microsoft Copilot initiatives and integrating AI into productivity workflows

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI opportunities

  • Driving automation and operational efficiency by embedding AI into internal systems and platforms

  • Leading or contributing to AI use case prioritization and roadmap development aligned to business strategy

YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years experience as an AI Engineer

  • Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and cloud-based ML pipelines

  • Ability to define and implement AI standards and best practices

  • Experience mentoring or training others in AI concepts and tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
