  Design and deliver state-of-the-art Data & Analytics solutions, to support business decisions. 

  Identify and analyze patterns in data, communicate actionable insights and trends.

  Lead complex Data Analytics projects end-to-end.

  Responsibilities

  • Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data-driven decision making.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders across functions, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges, and analytical needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact within the Analytics team, translating business requirements into actionable insights and ensuring the delivery of relevant, impactful solutions.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex Data & Analytics projects and initiatives, coordinating across multiple business units, technical teams, and functional stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines.

  • Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and user-friendly BI dashboards and reports.

  • Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues.

  • Establish best-practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards; establish quality control mechanisms and contribute to enhancing stakeholders’ trust in data and insights.

  • Lead, mentor, train and support junior colleagues and business power-users.

  • Maintain effective and up-to-date documentation and training / onboarding materials.

  Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as Data / Business Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.

  • Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.

  • Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Expert level proficiency with Power BI – a must.

  • Expert level proficiency with SQL and Python – a must.

  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills – a must.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, supply-chain management, assortment analytics -  an advantage.

  • Self-learner, problem-solver, multi-tasker and a team-player.

  • Fluent in English, (C1 level or equivalent), with exceptional communication skills.

  • Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
