Mission:
The Presales Consultant will effectively connect client needs with rocket code's advanced technical capabilities. This role actively supports the presales process and designs innovative technology solutions, particularly in Insurtech, Fintech, Retail, and projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• Actively support the sales team during high-level presentations and negotiations with strategic clients.
• Identify technical opportunities in core business processes: insurance issuance and management (Insurtech), credit evaluation and origination (Fintech), customer experience, and inventory management optimization (Retail).
• Translate client requirements into clear, functional, and technical specifications.
• Design integrated solutions incorporating AI components such as conversational bots, OCR, NLP, recommendation engines, decision automation, and large-scale data processing.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, scope documents, preliminary timelines, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with technical teams to align client requirements with internal capabilities.
• Evaluate the feasibility of integration with third-party systems, including banking APIs, scoring engines, CRMs, insurance core systems, and ERPs.

Requirements

• Technical Requirements
• Functional knowledge of:
• REST APIs and Webhooks.
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight.
• CRM and automation platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix24.
• Familiarity with AI tools and services:
• OpenAI / GPT.
• Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock.
• OCR with Tesseract, Google Vision, Amazon Textract.
• General understanding of software architecture, integration flows, and API design.
• Experience and Education
• Minimum of 3 years experience in presales, technical consulting, or technical delivery within technology companies focusing on B2B solutions.
• Specific experience in at least two of the following sectors:
• Insurtech: Quotation, issuance, claims, reconciliation, and insurance process automation.
• Fintech: Digital onboarding, credit scoring, fraud prevention, funds disbursement, and bank reconciliation.
• Retail: eCommerce, CRM systems, loyalty systems, inventory management, and AI-driven personalization.
• Experience in projects involving AI solutions such as:
• Virtual agents (chat/voice).
• Intelligent OCR and automated document processing.
• Decision automation with Machine Learning.
• Data platforms (data lakes, ETLs, visualization).
• Languages
• Spanish: Native or fluent.
• English: Intermediate-advanced (technical reading, communication with international clients, and documentation).

• Clear, effective, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong listening skills and empathy towards client needs.

• Desirable Qualifications
• Previous experience in financial or insurance sectors (Fintech, Insurtech).
• Hands-on experience or functional knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier or Power Automate.
• Experience drafting scope documents, technical proposals, and participating in RFP or bidding processes
• Working Conditions
• Fully on-site role in Cumanco, Coapa, 14360 Mexico City.
• Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) with flexibility required as necessary for operational and strategic needs.
