You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop advanced analytics, and provide actionable insights that directly impact customer experience and commercial growth.

This position requires more than technical proficiency. We’re looking for someone who approaches data with a healthy skepticism, understands the nuance behind the numbers, and is comfortable navigating complex business problems. You should be adept at framing questions, validating insights, and communicating findings in a clear and compelling way. If you are curious, rigorous, and energized by the idea of turning raw data into real world advantage, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform data into insights that help to improve the value of the business.
  • Analytical ability required to gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems.
  • Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
  • Continuously refine and improve analysis products based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and insightful analysis products.
  • Conduct statistical and other analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance.
  • Support marketing strategies and go-to-market plans with data driven insights.
  • Use effective data storytelling techniques to communicate answers to complex problems in a clear and compelling way.
  • Ensure timely analysis and testing for regular maintenance of solutions over time.
  • Drive execution and produce results through fast iteration.
  • Build pragmatic, scalable, and statistically rigorous solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics or related technical discipline required.
  • 2-3 years experience in a statistical and/or data science / business intelligence role.
  • Must have proficiency writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience working with large data sets using SQL and Python.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience with data visualization tools — Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.

Agile/Digital Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Openness to working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bias for action, with ability to deliver outstanding results through task prioritization and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently learn and solve new business domains and problems.
  • Number sense; healthy skepticism around validity of data and its inherent biases.
  • Intellectual curiosity to understand and answer questions.
  • Intellectual humility to leverage the expertise of others.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Flexibility: Yes, we think that what you do matters. At work and at home.
  • Fun: We laugh a lot, it makes every day brighter.
