This role requires someone who can manage the full data lifecycle—from extraction and harmonization to visualization and storytelling—and who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. You will build MVPs for analytics tools, iterate based on stakeholder input, and deliver insights that support root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance optimization. Ultimately, you’ll be a champion of data-driven decision-making and a key driver of operational excellence.
Location and Status: This is a full-time hybrid position requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) with the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance of our Deerfield, IL offices.

- Own the end-to-end data lifecycle—from extraction and harmonization to visualization and reporting—ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Develop and manage dashboards, control charts, scorecards, exception reports, and heat maps that clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles to ensure measurement systems support process stability, capability, and efficiency.

- Provide analytical insights that support root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on data visualization and measurement strategy within the department.
- Stay current on best practices in data analytics, visualization, and performance measurement, with a particular focus on metrics and measurement systems that support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred; candidates with equivalent practical experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement will also be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or process improvement role.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for data visualization, reporting, and analysis.
