Join our growing value-based care business as a Data Analyst III, where you'll develop analytical models that directly impact patient outcomes and business performance. A Day in the Life
You'll spend significant time hands-on with data, writing SQL queries, building predictive models, and creating visualizations that tell a story. Equally important is the collaborative aspect of the role: partnering with Clinical, Operations, and other teams to understand their challenges, presenting insights in business terms, and iterating on solutions based on stakeholder feedback. You'll balance independent, in-depth analysis with cross-functional partnerships, always connecting your technical work to real-world healthcare impact..
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end analytics projects from initial stakeholder conversations through model deployment, ensuring your work drives real business decisions
- Build and maintain SQL models on large, complex healthcare datasets, creating scalable solutions that others can understand and leverage
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Looker that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for Clinical and Operations teams
- Design predictive models for risk adjustment and quality measures using statistical methods and AI-assisted approaches
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand the true business need behind requests and deliver solutions that balance technical excellence with practical impact
- Continuously optimize analytical processes through automation and adoption of new technologies in our analytics stack
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, or a similar field
- 4+ years of SQL experience with large, complex datasets (must demonstrate proficiency with aggregate functions, relational joins, time-based groupings, and data quality management)
- 3+ years collaborating across multiple departments (minimum 2-3 different functions)
- Proven experience building analytical models that flow into business intelligence tools
- Track record of creating visualizations and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience with predictive modeling using statistical methods or AI-assisted approaches

Compensation: $130,000 + equity
