Manager, Data Analytics - Defect Analytics & Tooling Enablement (Last Mile Delivery)

Position Summary...

This Manager-level role will focus on enabling Walmart’s Delivery Defects & Enhancements team to more proactively identify, size, and validate issues using AI and advanced analytics. You will partner with data science, engineering, and operations teams to build scalable tools and dashboards that harness predictive intelligence to surface and address defects before they escalate.

• Lead Defect Analytics Efforts: Use business intelligence and machine learning to validate and size pain points.

• Build Proactive Tooling: Partner to create automation, anomaly detection, and dashboards.

• Enable Impact-First Prioritization: Use AI-driven impact estimates for smart prioritization.

• Partner Across Functions: Ensure tools and insights translate into action.

• Grow the AI Ecosystem: Champion expansion of AI and automation capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area.
