Position Summary...

As a Senior Manager within the Delivery Defects & Enhancements team, you will lead efforts to uncover, size, and help solve our most critical delivery challenges. You’ll bring deep analytical expertise and operational curiosity to identify root causes, influence cross-functional partners, and drive strategic improvements that reduce defects and elevate the experience for our customers and associates. This role is for those who fall in love with the problem—not just the solution—and seek to bring AI-powered insights to scale solutions across our delivery ecosystem.

What you'll do...

  • Lead Analytical Root Cause Discovery: Use structured methodologies, AI models, and data science tools to uncover the “why” behind recurring defects and associate/customer pain points.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Problem Resolution: Translate data insights into compelling narratives and partner with product, ops, and engineering teams to address root causes.
  • Influence Without Authority: Shape decision-making by grounding conversations in analysis, business impact, and field observations.
  • Build Scalable Analysis Frameworks: Leverage AI and automation to develop repeatable approaches for evaluating problems.
  • Champion the Problem-Loving Mindset: Promote a culture where AI-driven discovery and full-context understanding are operationalized.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, AI-driven analytics, and visualization tools.
  • Ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights using automation and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
