The role 

We’re hiring Software Engineers to join our product squads in Mumbai. You’ll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs, working with modern technologies like .NET Core, Python, and MongoDB. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore GenAI tools and work in a microservices-based architecture.

Key responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# (.NET Core) and Python. 

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party services. 

• Work within a microservices architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability. 

• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and pair programming. 

• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. 

• Contribute to documentation, testing, and debugging of software features. 

• Learn and support production systems under supervision.

About you

The Ideal Candidate 

Must-Have Technical Skills 

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core 

• Hands-on experience with Python 

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture 

• Exposure to MongoDB or other database technologies 

• Awareness or hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Langchain, Claude, Hugging Face, CursorAI) 

Nice-to-Have 

• Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS 

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices 

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 

• Experience in FinTech or other regulated domains 

Non-Technical Skills 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Understanding of Agile methodologies 

• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
