Master Data Analyst, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

The role:

As a Master Data Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Maintaining and monitor master data across ERP and enterprise systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with defined standards, policies, and replication requirements.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with business users, data owners, and programme teams to support master data requests, changes, and quality improvements.
  • Supporting service delivery and project work under the direction of the Master Data Operations Lead, while adhering to SLAs, documentation practices, and JM IT policies.
  • Contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement across a global, cross-functional team, while staying informed on IT trends and participating in incident resolution when needed.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Previous data management experience with a methodical, logical, and disciplined approach to problem solving and attention to detail is essential, along with direct collaboration with business teams.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills are required, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships, influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and proactively initiate actions to meet or exceed goals.
  • Experience in SAP master data (Vendor, Customer, Financial Master Data), business analysis, SAP MDG is desirable, along with a commitment to personal and team development through feedback and coaching.
