Job Description

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for broadband service quality and operations
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor system performance and support data-driven decision making
  • Analyze broadband operational data using SQL to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights
  • Leverage domain knowledge of broadband systems to assess the impact of KPIs on network quality and end-user experience
  • Support go/no-go decisions for new feature rollouts and software deployments with data-backed assessments
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into field anomalies or service issues and produce clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Translate technical performance indicators into meaningful business insights to drive operational and customer experience improvements
