Lead, Data Analytics (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ):

Leads the execution of multiple data analytics initiatives. Manages day to day development of data analytics solutions. Consults and communicates effectively and consistently with business partners to proactively identify needs, prioritize, and develop solutions. Work across businesses/teams to gain buy-in and build consensus to deliver on solutions. Mines data to uncover patterns and to identify business trends and new opportunities for using analytics. Owns the delivery as per planned roadmaps and report on measurable OKR's, milestones, and ensure solutions are delivered on-time, in budget, and with high quality outcomes. Works with broader project issues and plans for the full scope, across design, development, testing, business engagement, and team leadership.

Telecommuting permitted up to 60% per week.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $115,500.00 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science or related field and 2 years of related work experience. 


Must have 2 years of experience in:

  • Python;
  • Tableau;
  • SQL;
  • Statistics;
  • Data Visualization;
  • Data Storytelling; and,
  • Business presentations.
