Innovation Hub Architect - Cloud & AI Platforms

Our network of global Microsoft Innovation Hubs (Hub) are premium customer-facing facilities built to help enterprise customers accelerate their AI transformation journeys through innovative AI platform solutions.  We accelerate our customers’ digital transformation by capitalizing on the changing needs of our customers and the new business opportunities of tomorrow. 

As a Innovation Hub Architect, you will be working at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, helping customers create and implement a vision and strategy for their AI transformation. You will be an integral part of the account team. and the customers AI transformation journey, challenging their ways of thinking and helping them realize and adopt the benefits of our Cloud and AI platforms and AI Business Solutions. Part of a world-wide community of exceptional peers, you’ll have access to the latest software and hardware, and you’ll be given the time and budget to develop as a globally influential technical leader. This role is Microsoft onsite only.

Responsibilities

• Your primary objective is to accelerate AI transformation by designing impactful, cross-solution architectures. You guide customers through envisioning, prototyping, and solution design, ensuring each engagement is rooted in deep discovery and aligned to business goals. Success is reflected in how these engagements drive pipeline growth and account expansion.​ ​
• You lead with both technical expertise and business insight, helping customers progress through their AI journey. By identifying opportunities and removing technical blockers, you enable measurable ROI and increased solution commitment.​ ​
• You stay ahead of the curve by embracing new AI capabilities and immersive experiences, and by sharing compelling customer stories that highlight the value of AI transformation. You contribute to the Hub community, lead initiatives, and inspire others through storytelling and knowledge sharing.​
• You are expected to deepen your expertise in AI workloads in your domain and embed security as a foundational principle in every solution. By applying AI frameworks, you ensure that your solutions are robust and future-ready. Your growth as a technology thought leader directly contributes to the credibility and effectiveness of the Hub. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs):

• 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs):

•  Structured facilitator and Storyteller. Validated customer experience in requirements capture; prioritization; capturing evidence and impact to quantify business value; issue, risk and constraint identification
• Technical breadth. Intermediate level experience across the full range of Microsoft cloud solutions – Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, artificial intelligence, business applications, modern workplace and productivity, security, business applications. Demonstrated experience of enterprise architectures which span multiple workloads
• Design Thinking. Proven experience of delivering design thinking; ‘ideation’; or similar context analysis / problem framing.
• Technical depth. Experience as a solutions architect or equivalent in one or more of those solution areas: Cloud & AI platform or AI Business Solutions.
