About the team:

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to help SAP Business AI team achieve its next phase of excellence and scale. As part of the Customers Advisory team, you’ll contribute to delivering and scaling project excellence across the most strategically important projects, initiatives and events, like for example the Torneo de Innovación LAC, working with big SAP Customers, Startups and delivering a big event and providing excellence experience for the participants across all Latin America. 

 As a student intern, you will play a key part in supporting Senior Project Managers throughout the project Lifecyle, assisting with the project planning, execution, operation and monitoring.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support SAP’s strategic goals while building valuable skills and experience in project management and developing business acumen through exposure to all levels of seniority within the business.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Project Management - Business AI Solution Advisor Team

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

In this role, you'll:

• Assist with project planning, developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure they are addressed.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving, helping to identify potential issues or risks.
• Monitor project progress, issues, and risks, and escalate as needed, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Update project status reports, develop dashboards and progress communications, and manage project documentation while maintaining project files.
• Ensure all activities align with overall goals and timelines.
• Support communication strategy definition and lead the creation of communication design and content.
• Support the preparation of presentations, videos, and any other event materials that may be needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track.
• Support the Senior Project Manager team in continuous process improvement initiatives and best practice implementation, identifying areas for improvement.
• Learn and utilize project management tools and methodologies.
• Undertake various tasks and duties as directed by the senior project manager.
• Support strategic initiatives by researching and providing recommendations.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, loves to lead, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Also:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Advanced/fluent English and basic Spanish are required. Advanced/fluent Spanish is a plus.
• A can-do attitude with a strong focus on detail and self-motivation.
• Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented and self-driven working style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones.
• Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and adjust to varying time zones as needed.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes.
• Experience managing or delivering marketing events or larger projects, even personal or student projects, is a plus.
• Experience with project management software or methodologies is a plus.
