We are looking for an JUNIOR RETAIL DATA AND TOOLS SPECIALIST based in MILAN. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful retail reporting, aligned with internal requirements and evolving business needs.
• Lead end-to-end project management for reporting tools and processes, ensuring continuity and scalability in view of future transitions.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize digital tools in partnership with internal stakeholders, fostering synergies and driving innovation through dedicated projects.
• Support cross-functional teams by extracting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights relevant to key initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc projects as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.
• Guarantee consistent and user-friendly experience across key digital platforms, ensuring alignment with retail initiatives and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Proactive, autonomous, and creative mindset, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP Business Objects, Qlik and related tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong motivation towards the retail industry.
• Prior experience in retail or digital fields is a plus.
