AI Developer

At HSO, we’re seeking a passionate and skilled AI Developer to design, implement, and optimize intelligent solutions using Microsoft's AI and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build applications that leverage Azure AI, Microsoft Cognitive Services, and .NET-based frameworks.

Please note: this is a contract position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role, depending on performance and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.);
• Develop and maintain APIs and connectors to integrate internal and external systems;
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to define integration patterns and best practices;
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows and ensure high availability;
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations;

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science;
• 2+ years of experience;
• Proven experience developing AI solutions, models, and governance frameworks;
• Proficiency in Python and SQL;
• Proven background in building, training, and deploying AI/ML models;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices;
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, containers (Docker), and scalable cloud architectures;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar certifications;
• Experience developing conversational AI using Azure Bot Service or Copilot Studio;
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and Microsoft’s AI governance tooling;
• Ability to work in agile environments and adapt quickly to emerging technologies;
